Are you rescheduling DPS ’20?
No, we will not be rescheduling. Instead we are canceling the in-person event and hosting a virtual event on Thursday, April 16.
Instead of traveling to San Diego for DPS ’20, we will host a virtual event online. The virtual event will offer similar presentations and new digital experiences. See the working agenda.
What if I’m already registered for DPS ’20?
You are all set! We’ll be sending out login details in the next few days giving you access to the virtual event on Thursday, April 16.
What’s the agenda?

Will I receive a refund if I’m already registered?
Yes, Kount will reimburse anyone that has registered and paid for the conference. It may take up to 30 days or longer to process the refund. Look for an update in the near future regarding the status of your refund.
Will the virtual event cost a fee?
The virtual event registration will not incur a fee. We may offer a certificate of completion for a small fee.
What about my airline tickets?
Many airlines are allowing free cancellations for flights due to COVID-19. Call your airline or booking agency directly to cancel your flight.
What about my hotel?
You can cancel your hotel without penalty up to 72 hours before your booking date. We recommend canceling as soon as possible: contact The Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter directly at +1 619-239-2200 or through your confirmation email.
