MD, JPM Merchant Services, Head of Core Product
Cindy Turner is a Product Executive in Merchant Services, the global payment acceptance and merchant acquiring business of JPMorgan Chase & Co. Merchant Services is a leading provider of payment, fraud management and data security solutions, processing more than $1.4 trillion in card volume and capable of authorizing transactions in more than 130 currencies.
Cindy leads a product team that is responsible for managing client experience and feature-functionality for merchant acceptance across all existing platforms, including gateway, connectivity, 25+ methods of payment, value added services, settlement and backend reporting. Additionally, she manages a national team of product sales specialists. She is based in San Francisco Bay Area.
Cindy brings more than 15 years of experience in payments, product management and strategy. She joined JPMorgan Chase from Visa Inc., where she helped launch network tokenization and Apple Pay while working on Visa’s Innovation team.
Earlier in her career, she worked as dedicated operating/portfolio executive at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, a large-cap private equity firm. There she focused on driving value creation initiatives at portfolio companies via interim management roles and/or project oversight for top strategic and operating priorities – including more than three years in fintech at First Data, one of KKR’s largest investments.
Prior to business school, Cindy worked at strategy consultancy frim The Parthenon Group, where she consulted across a wide variety of industries and functions on profit improvement projects.
Cindy holds a bachelor's degree in Economics, cum laude, from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, where she was named an Arjay Miller Scholar.
